We get why people are cautious about handing their car over to someone else for a thousand kilometres. A scratch on the bumper, a chipped windshield, a battery that's died by the time it arrives — these are the things people worry about, and honestly, they're right to. That's why every vehicle we transport gets photographed and checked before it's loaded — existing dents, fuel level, odometer reading, all noted down and shared with you. What goes on the carrier is exactly what comes off it, and there's a written record to prove it either way.
Loading itself happens on proper hydraulic ramps, not planks and guesswork, and the car is strapped down so it doesn't shift during the drive. We run both open carriers for standard transport and enclosed carriers if you'd rather your car travel fully covered — useful for premium vehicles or if the route has a stretch of rough weather ahead. You choose what suits your car and your budget, and we explain the difference honestly instead of just upselling the pricier option.
Photos, odometer reading, and fuel level noted before loading, so there's no dispute about what changed.
Hydraulic ramps and secure strapping keep the car steady, whether it's a hatchback or an SUV.
Standard open transport for most cars, or a fully covered carrier if you want extra protection.
Nothing complicated on your end — just a few checks and confirmations along the way so you're never left wondering where your car is.
Booking & documents
Share your RC and vehicle details, we confirm pickup date, route, and carrier type.
Inspection & loading
Condition is checked and photographed, then the car is loaded and strapped in securely.
On the carrier
You get updates as it moves, so you're not calling around trying to track it down.
Delivery & sign-off
Vehicle is unloaded, checked against the original report with you present, and handed over.
Most of our bookings are cars being relocated along with a family's household move, but we also transport vehicles on their own — someone's bought a used car from another city, or a company is shifting its fleet vehicle to Guwahati. Two-wheelers travel on the same carriers, packed and secured separately so nothing rubs against the cars around them. If you're moving both your car and your household at the same time, we can usually coordinate the two so they don't clash on scheduling.
For interstate runs, we plan the route in advance and avoid overnight halts in stretches known for poor road conditions or theft-prone parking spots. It's a small thing that doesn't get talked about much, but it's often the difference between a clean delivery and a stressful phone call at midnight.
You'll need to share basic vehicle documents at booking, and hand over one set of keys at pickup.
We ask for roughly a quarter tank of fuel, enough for loading, unloading, and short manoeuvres on either end.

Depends on distance and route, but most deliveries within India take anywhere from 3 to 8 days. We'll give you a realistic window at the time of booking, not an optimistic guess.
Small, secured items are usually fine, but we'd suggest keeping it light. Carriers aren't meant for cargo, and heavier items can shift during transit.
Every vehicle is inspected and photographed before loading. If anything doesn't match at delivery, it's covered under the transit insurance we offer.
Yes, bikes and scooters travel on the same carriers as cars, packed and secured separately so they're not in contact with other vehicles.
