Any pricing shared over call, WhatsApp or email is an estimate based on the details you provide. The final cost is confirmed after a survey of the goods to be moved and may vary based on actual volume, distance, floor access and additional services requested.
Moving dates are confirmed subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for domestic relocation and weekend moves, to secure your preferred slot.
Customers are requested to disclose fragile, high-value or hazardous items in advance so we can plan appropriate packing and handling. Please also ensure a responsible person is available at both pickup and delivery locations.
While we follow careful packing and handling practices, transit involves inherent risk. Insurance coverage options are discussed with customers before the move, and liability terms are confirmed in the service agreement issued at the time of booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
